I am a member of numerous associations so I can keep current with the latest changes in the law. As a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the Oklahoma Association for Justice, I keep current on the legal issues affecting the victims of medical malpractice and other personal injuries.
Additionally, I am also a member of the AAJ's Inadequate Security Litigation Group. This Group focuses on the law of negligent security in public places, including shopping malls, parking lots and garages, hotels/motels, hospitals, apartment complexes, office buildings, and the like, where victims have been attacked due to a lack of adequate security on the premises. I am also an active member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association (NCVBA). The NCVBA is comprised of a group of attorneys, nationwide, which focuses on protecting the rights of victims of crime. This includes rape and sexual assault victims, survivors of murder victims, assault and battery victims.
